At 4Melanin, we take pride in the quality of every product we make. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our hair care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives unopened and you wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Allergic Reactions & Individual Results

Every person's hair and scalp are unique. Because individual results and sensitivities vary, we cannot offer refunds based on personal preference, allergic reactions, or unmet expectations after the product has been used.

We recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully and performing a patch test before full application.
